3. Artwork and Products

All artwork displayed on this website is original and created by Tony West. Each piece is unique, and variations in color and appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of the work and differences in monitor displays.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. Commissions and Custom Work

Commissioned artwork requires a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery. Commission details will be agreed upon in writing before work commences. Cancellation policies:

• Cancellation within 48 hours of commission agreement: Full deposit refund
• Cancellation after work has begun: Deposit forfeited
• Revisions: Up to 2 minor revisions included; additional revisions may incur fees

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and artwork size. Delivery times vary by location:

• UK: 3-5 business days
• Europe: 5-10 business days
• International: 10-20 business days

All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Tracking information will be provided once shipped.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the unique nature of original artwork, returns are accepted only if:

• The artwork arrives damaged (must be reported within 48 hours with photos)
• The artwork is significantly different from the description

Custom commissioned pieces are non-refundable unless damaged during shipping. Print sales may be returned within 14 days in original condition.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Tony West and are protected by copyright laws. Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tony West Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of artwork. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
